This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions related to subscription payments, feature-access plans, cancellations, and refunds on Growth Matchmaker. By using the platform and making payments, you agree to this policy.
1. Platform Nature
Growth Matchmaker is a B2B SaaS platform that helps businesses and service providers discover relevant opportunities through subscription-based access to our matching and discovery tools. Businesses can post requirements for free, while service providers may subscribe to unlock platform features such as requirement visibility and direct communication access. Because subscription access is a digital service activated immediately upon payment, refunds are subject to the conditions below.
2. Subscription Activation
When a service provider subscribes to unlock a platform feature:
- Access to the relevant platform feature is activated digitally and immediately
- Business contact information necessary for communication may become visible as part of the activated feature
- The subscription is considered successfully activated and delivered
Once a subscribed feature is activated or accessed, the purchase is generally considered a completed digital service and is non-refundable, consistent with standard SaaS and digital-subscription practice.
3. No Guaranteed Conversion
Growth Matchmaker does not guarantee:
- Project closure or client conversion
- Business response or revenue generation
- Contract success
Subscription plans provide access to business opportunities, not guaranteed business outcomes.
4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered in limited situations such as:
- Duplicate payment transactions
- Technical payment failures
- Incorrect feature activation caused by system errors
- Invalid or inaccessible requirement information verified by our team
All refund requests are reviewed manually.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Lack of response from the business
- Project not getting finalized
- Business selecting another provider
- Dissatisfaction with conversion outcome
- Delay in communication between users
- Platform features already accessed or activated
- Incorrect purchase decisions made by the user
Users are encouraged to review requirement summaries and match quality carefully before subscribing.
6. Cancellation Policy
For Service Providers
Once a subscription or feature-access purchase is completed and access is granted, it cannot usually be canceled, consistent with standard digital subscription and SaaS practice.
For Businesses
Businesses may edit requirements, pause requirements, or mark requirements as "Solved" or "Closed" at any time. Once closed:
- Visibility to new providers stops immediately
- No new providers receive access to the requirement
7. Requirement Visibility & Active Period
Businesses acknowledge that:
- Their requirement may remain visible to matching providers until marked as "Solved" or "Closed"
- Growth Matchmaker may continue to make the requirement visible to subscribed providers during the active requirement period
Once a business closes the requirement, new subscriptions for that requirement stop, requirement visibility may be restricted, and contact details may no longer be shared with additional providers.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, users must contact platform support with:
- Registered account details
- Payment information and transaction ID
- Reason for the request

9. Refund Processing Time
If approved, refunds may take several business days to process depending on payment provider timelines, banking systems, and payment gateway processing schedules. Growth Matchmaker is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment systems.
10. Fraud Prevention
Growth Matchmaker reserves the right to reject suspicious refund requests, suspend abusive accounts, investigate fraudulent transactions, and restrict platform access for misuse. Platform abuse or policy violations may result in permanent account suspension.
11. Changes to This Policy
Growth Matchmaker may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
