Welcome to Growth Matchmaker. By accessing or using our platform, website, services, or related features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

1. About Growth Matchmaker

Growth Matchmaker is a B2B SaaS platform that provides software tools to help businesses discover relevant agencies, freelancers, and service providers, and to help service providers discover relevant business opportunities, through an intelligent matching system. Businesses can post service requirements free of charge, and registered service providers may purchase a membership plan for a fixed period to gain visibility into relevant opportunities and unlock business contacts up to their plan's allowance.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Growth Matchmaker, you confirm that:

• You are legally eligible to enter into agreements
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You agree to follow these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, users are required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account confidentiality
• Securing login credentials
• All activity under your account

Growth Matchmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

4A. Requirement Visibility & Membership-Based Access

By registering on Growth Matchmaker and submitting a business requirement, you acknowledge and agree that the information necessary for service providers to evaluate and respond to your requirement — including business details, contact information, and project requirements — becomes visible to verified service providers holding an active membership plan, for the purpose of business discovery and matching.

You further agree that Growth Matchmaker allows verified service providers with an active membership plan to view your requirement and unlock your contact details, up to their plan's allowance, until the requirement is marked "Solved" or "Closed" by you or removed from active circulation by the platform.

Once a requirement is closed:

• Visibility to new providers stops immediately
• No new providers can access the requirement
• Business contact details may no longer be shared with additional providers

Growth Matchmaker only makes requirements visible to relevant matching providers as part of its intelligent matching and discovery platform.

4B. Business Requirements

Businesses may submit service requirements through the platform. By submitting a requirement, you agree that:

• The information provided is genuine and accurate
• You have legitimate intent to hire or engage services
• You will not post misleading, illegal, or fraudulent requirements

Growth Matchmaker may remove or reject requirements that violate platform standards.

5. Membership & Platform Access

Service providers may purchase a membership plan for a fixed period to gain visibility into business requirements matching their profile and to unlock business contacts up to the plan's allowance. Important points:

• Plan prices are fixed and shown at checkout
• Each plan is valid for a fixed period and includes a fixed allowance of contact unlocks; it does not renew automatically
• Access is granted only after successful membership payment
• Platform access is intended for professional business communication only
• Feature availability and unlock allowance may vary by plan tier

Growth Matchmaker is a software and discovery platform and does not guarantee project conversion, client closure, or business outcomes.

6. Payments & Membership Fees

All payments made on the platform are processed securely through third-party payment providers, for membership plan fees. Plan prices are fixed and shown at checkout. Unless otherwise stated:

• Payments made for a membership plan are non-refundable once the plan is activated
• Refunds are not guaranteed after platform access has been granted
• Membership plans are valid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically
• Pricing, discounts, and availability may change without prior notice for future purchases

In exceptional situations, refund requests may be reviewed at the platform's discretion. Please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

7. Platform Rules & Restrictions

Users agree not to:

• Share false information
• Use the platform for spam or mass solicitation
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute platform content or requirement information outside its intended business communication purpose
• Misuse information accessed through the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to the platform
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

8. Verification & Trust Systems

Growth Matchmaker may use:

• Mobile OTP verification
• Email verification
• Manual review processes
• Optional business verification systems

However, we do not guarantee the identity, intent, or reliability of every user on the platform. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into business agreements.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform content including branding, logos, website design, matching systems, text, graphics, software, and platform workflows are the intellectual property of Growth Matchmaker unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized copying or reproduction is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Growth Matchmaker acts as a software and discovery platform only. We are not responsible for:

• Business disputes between users
• Service quality or project outcomes
• Payment disagreements or client-provider relationships
• Losses arising from platform usage

Users engage with each other at their own discretion and responsibility.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend accounts
• Remove requirements
• Restrict platform access
• Terminate users

This applies if any activity violates these Terms, platform policies, or creates risk to the platform.

12. Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Growth Matchmaker, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our privacy practices.

13. Changes to Terms

Growth Matchmaker may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective once published on the platform. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Growth Matchmaker shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India.
